Can truck drivers get a deduction on there taxes for there cell phones?
My husband is a truck driver and he has to have a cell to contact the shippers and recivers for veriouse reasons (directions, saying he will be late, blaa blaa you get the Idea)
We have a t-mobile plan so it is 99 a month.
1 cell is mine and has nothing to do with his work.
My question is can he get the back because he uses his cell for work?
Yes. His portion of the bill would be a tax deductable business expense.
