How soon do enterprise rental cars at the aiport locations go out to the next customer?
I guess this question is for anyone working at an airport rental car company or more specifically, enterprise rent-a-car at an airport location… Once the rental is returned, how soon is it cleaned and rented to the next customer?
My brother-in-law works for one of the rental companies at Detroit Metro Airport, and according to him it all depends on demand. If that particular make and model car is in demand or they have a lot of reservations for that type of car, they turn them around very quickly — sometimes it’s clean it up, gas it up, and hand it out again. If the car is not needed right away, it’s usually a few hours before it’s cleaned, fueled, and ready for the next customer.
